-10 AM Free time to mingle in the Executive

-11 AM – 1PM Set up for Auction/Raffle in the

River Room (bring your Auction/Raffle items in

for display) Lunch on your own

-1 PM – 2 PM Meet in the River Room for Business

Meeting

-2 PM – 5 PM Fundraising Auction/Raffle also in

The River Room

-5 PM Eat on your own and enjoy the nightlife in

Memphis or the Casino’s in Tunica, MS

SATURDAY OCTOBER 13^TH, 2012

-10 AM Meet in the Executive Room to meet up

and spend a leisure day in Memphis

-6 PM Meet in the Tennessee Ballroom for the

Banquet and entertainment
